Booking:
Room reservations are made through our official website.
A 50% prepayment or bank card information is required to confirm the reservation.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation to the specified email address.
Check-in and check-out:
Check—in starts at 14:00.
Check—out is until 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior request and subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Cancellation of the booking:
Free cancellation is not possible
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night's stay will be charged.
For non-refundable fares, the prepayment amount will not be refunded upon cancellation or modification of the reservation.
